拿起话筒打给外国客户时，或是与外国朋友通话时，常常因为不知道怎么开头，或因为不熟悉电话用语而害怕？

小提醒：下文中提到的 A 是你自己，B 则是你要找的人，或者是对方要找的人。

接 / 打电话问候语

Hello?

非正式用法，通常是接到熟识的人的来电，才用这个字。

A speaking

假设你的名字是 Adele，接电话时绝对别说 Hello, I’m Adele. 而是 Hello, Adele speaking.

这个用法也可以说成 Hello, it’s Adele 或 It’s Adele calling 或 This is Adele Calling.

甚至当别人问说 Is Adele there? 你可以直接回答 This is she. 所以如果你是男性，要回答 This is he。

Can I help you?

这一句就是我们电话开头常说的「有什么事吗?」的意思。

This is A speaking/ calling.

当你打电话给对方，自我介绍的时候，就可以这样说。

指名要找某人

这两个用法为非正式，打给较熟识的人才这样用。

Is B there?

B, please.

假设你要找的人是 David，电话拨通后要说 David, please.。

下面这两句则是正式用法，尤其第一句通常用在公事往来的通话中。

May/ Could/ Can I speak to B, please?

I’d like to speak to B, please.

请稍等

当你接听电话后，如果对方是要找别的人，可以用以下几句表示「请稍等」。

非正式用法，可用在与熟人的对话：

Just a second.

Hang on. I’ll get B.

正式用法：

Hold the line please.

Could you hold on, please?

Just a moment, please.

One moment, please.

以下两句都可接在上面的句子后，表示「帮你找看看 B」。

I’ll get him/ her.

I’ll see if B is in.

忙碌中

当你接听电话后，对方要找的人「不方便接听」时，可以用以下这几句话表示。

B is not here right now.

B is busy/ occupied/ tied up now.

I’m afraid B can’t take this call at this time.

I’m afraid B isn’t available at this time.

I’m afraid B can’t come to the phone at this time.

打错时

碰到对方打错电话：

I’m afraid you’ve got the wrong number.

Sorry. I think you’ve dialed the wrong number.

你打错电话时则可以这样说：

Oh, I’m sorry. I have the wrong number.

I must have the wrong number.

I guess I have the wrong number.

遇到对方不在时

不管你是想打电话找对方，还是对方来电找的人刚好不在，小编都帮妳准备好应对的例句啰！快记起来，下次就能派上用场啦！

麻烦别人晚点回拨时：

Could you call back later?

Could you call back in a few minutes?

Could you call back in a little while?

想要留言/ 询问是否需要帮忙留言时：

Can I leave a message?

我可以留言吗？

Would you like to leave a message?

Can I take a message?

上面这两句都是「需要帮你留言吗？」的意思。

Could you give him/ her a message?

你可以帮我留言给他吗？

Could you tell him/ her that I called?

你可以帮我跟他说我来电过吗？

听不清楚、对方太小声时

I’m afraid I can’t hear you.

不好意思，我听不太清楚。

I think we have a bad connection.

我觉得讯号有点差。

Sorry. I didn’t catch that.

不好意思，我没听到。

Could you speak up a little, please?

可以请你再大声一点吗？

麻烦对方再说一次时

Pardon me?

Could you repeat that, please?

Could you say it again, please?

A: Hello, it’s Shirley from the marketing department. How can I help you?

B: This is Adele speaking. May I speak to David, please?

A: Could you hold on, please? I’ll see if he’s in.

B: Thank you.

A: David is occupied now. Would you like to leave a message?

B: Sorry, I’m afraid I can’t hear you. Could you repeat that, please?

A: David is not here right now. Can I take a message?

B: Would you ask him to call me back?

A: Certainly.

B: Thank you.

A: 喂，我是营销组的雪莉，请问有什么事？

B: 我是爱黛儿，我想找戴维。

A: 你稍等一下，我帮你看看他在不在。

B: 好的，谢谢！

A: 戴维现在在忙，需要帮你留言吗？

B: 不好意思，我听不清楚，请你再说一次。

A: 戴维现在不在位置上，需要帮你留言吗？

B: 那请他回拨给我好了。

A: 好的。

B: 谢谢！
